With more than 37 years of hands-on dealership ownership and automotive technology experience, Steve founded WebBuy to streamline how consumers buy cars online — before "digital retail" became an industry term. Today he leads the EZ Car Network's mission to deliver fast, transparent, remote vehicle purchases powered by WebBuy technology across Montana and California.

Ken Kingstad is a Managing Partner of the EZ Car Dealership Network and CEO of Call Team Six. A nationally recognized automotive sales training expert and motivational speaker with more than 37 years of experience as a salesperson, manager, co-owner of multiple franchises, and BDC operations leader. Ken co-founded Call Team Six and Digital to Dealer Direct, and now leads strategic expansion of EZ Car's remote digital retailing model across Montana and California. His expertise spans BDC optimization, AI-driven follow-up, and high-performance dealership operations.

Tony Pierce serves as General Manager of Rimrock Snowy Mountains Ford-Chevy-CDJR in Lewistown, Montana, part of the EZ Car Dealership Network. A respected Montana automotive leader and former Time Dealer of the Year honoree, Tony brings decades of operational excellence and community-focused dealership management to the group. He plays a key role in implementing EZ Car's remote digital retailing process while maintaining the high standards of traditional service that Central Montana customers expect.

Brandon Gonsalves is the General Manager and Managing Partner of Nissan of Stockton and EZ Car of Stockton, California. With more than 27 years of automotive leadership experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, Brandon leads high-performance sales teams while implementing EZ Car's remote digital retailing model. Under his leadership, the Stockton location delivers vehicle purchase experiences combining transparent pricing, real-time financing, and personal sales manager guidance.

Gabriel Rendon is the Sales Manager at EZ Credit Auto Sales of Billings, Montana, part of the EZ Car Dealership Network. His location specializes in helping buyers with damaged credit histories successfully get approved for vehicle financing. Gabriel has deep expertise in automotive sales and creative financing solutions, finding approval pathways for customers who have faced credit challenges.
